Daniel is passionate about helping families navigate the legal system with clarity and determination. He practices domestic relations law and handles a wide range of matters related to each client’s unique case. His experience spans the full spectrum of family law issues, from initial filings to appeals, and he is committed to achieving fair, practical outcomes for the families he represents.

Daniel has been practicing in Colorado since 2016 and founded Altitude Family Law in 2022. In just a few short years, his entrepreneurial vision and client-centered approach have grown the firm to include multiple attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Daniel firmly believes that taking care of clients breeds success, and he strives to provide the highest level of service and advocacy to every individual who walks through his door.

Originally from Chicago and raised in Connecticut, Daniel moved to the Denver metro area after graduating magna cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami.

Before entering law school, Daniel served for five years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, completing three combat deployments aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). His military service taught him discipline, integrity, and the value of working with people from diverse backgrounds. These principles continue to guide his legal practice today.

Outside the office, Daniel is an avid golfer and enjoys spending weekends hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails with his wife, children, and dogs. At home, he loves cooking and reading.
